Every order will receive two confirmations. The first one from our Credit Card Processor and the second one from Pure Liquid Gold. The one from our Credit Card processor will describe your order and that it was authorized. The confirmation from Pure Liquid Gold will confirm order amount, shipping date and confirmation of any special customer shipping or ordering requests entered during the ordering process.

Canceled Orders - Refunds - Bulk Orders
Canceled orders (if you wait to cancel after product is mailed) you will be refunded in full less a 20% restocking fee, postage fee and processing fees. If you cancel immediately after ordering (before we process order) you will be charged $5.00 for transaction and processing fees. Bulk: Due to the nature of bulk orders they are non refundable. Note: Please make sure that you are using the order form that corresponds to your country (USA, Canadian or International) otherwise you will be charged accordingly plus processing fees.
